Returns and Exchanges: At OG K!CKS, we prioritize customer satisfaction, which is why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to ensure a convenient and secure shopping experience. First: Return Conditions: Products can be returned within 14 days of purchase. The product must be unused and in its original condition, including packaging and receipt. Products showing signs of use or damage are not eligible for return. Second: Exchange Conditions: Products can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase. The product must be in its original condition and unused. Exchanges are accepted for a different size or model of equal or greater value (with payment of any difference). Discounted products are eligible (terms and conditions apply). Products that have been used or damaged due to misuse are also eligible. Fourth: Return Process: After we receive the returned product, it will be reviewed by our team within 7 to 10 business days. If the product's condition is approved, a refund will be issued to the same payment method within 7 to 10 days. If the return or exchange is made directly at the branch, the product will be inspected immediately, and if approved, the refund will be processed instantly. Important notes: The product must arrive at our warehouse before the review process can begin. Please retain your purchase invoice or send proof of purchase when contacting us. We reserve the right to refuse the order if the stated conditions are not met.
